WHAT IS ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE?

Alzheimer is the cammon from of Dementia, a serious brain disorder that impacts daily living through loss and cognitive changes. It also means a decrease in nerve function of complex brain. the name of alzheimer was gived from the doctor which discovered the disturbing of brain. alzheimer's is a condition where the memory of a person with severe decline until a patient not able to manage themselve. meanwhile, alzheimer it should be given serious attention. this problem also belong to the senile where patients will experience poor speech problem, sanity, memory, self-judment,personality changes and behaviour.

the problem it also would give a burden to who was keeped an alzheimer patient. other that, it will affect process of intellectual and social patients. so far, the causes of alzheimer disease remains unknown, but scientists think the disease is synonymous with the elderly, increased age. Where their progressing from mild forgetfulness to wilespread neurological impairment and ultimately death.

The ability to create, remember, learn, reason and relate to others were destroy when chemical and structural changes in the brain. As critical cell die, drastic personality loss occurs and body systems fail.

Signs and Symptoms

To identify Alzheimer's disease, we can see the marks and divided it into three levels, namely, the level of light.

the first level is a simple problems sign. For example,we are forgeted to take the car keys, money balances, phone numbers and others. this signs we look likes no serious and people usually take it easy.

the second stage we called as the medium level. the example is we are unsure to put sugar in our drink or not.

Third level is a serious stage. this severe level that should be given attention. For example, when someone forget about the basic things, such as managing yourself, forget family members and close friends, confused about the environment and others. Besides the signs that, we can be detected who the person will experience emotional changes such as will act aggressive, lost interest in doing something of interest, lack of interaction and other. That matter because, patients experience emotional imbalance.

Several risk factors for alzheimer's disease have been uncovered:

3)Lifestyle factors



AGE:


One risk for developing Alzheimer's disease is a advancing age. Over the age 65 years old, is the one out of eight people who has risk for alzheimer's disease. Almost one out of two people over the age 85 has Alzheimer's. The probability of being diagnosed with Alzheimer's nearly doubles every five years after age 65.

FAMILY HISTORY (GENETICS):

There are two to three times more likely to develop this disease if they have a parent or sibling are determined than those with no family history of Alzheimer's. If more than one close relatice has been affected, the risk increases even more. There are two kinds of genetics that scientist have identified. the first is 'risk gene'. this genes increase the likehood of developing Alzheimer's, but does not guarantee it. Secondly is a 'deterministic gene'. Deterninistic genes are only found in a few hundred extended families around the world. If it are inherited, the person will undoubledly develop Alzheimer's probably at a much aerlier age.

LIFESTYLE:

Scientists have also identified several lifestyles that can influence a person's risk of developing Alzheimer's disease. Activities like brucewilling and boxing are dangerous because can make a head injury. A connection has been found between serious head injury and future development of Alzheimer's. so, we must practise safely measures such as wearing seat belts and not engaging in high risk activities.

We know that Alzheimre's disease eventually does produce in a changes of speed, attention and relate to others. So, we must understands Alzheimer's disease can affects all aspects of a person's life.


In general the following will be affected by the disease:

The disease can affect a person's physical co-ordination and mobility, leading to a gradual physical decline. This will affect the person's ability to independently perform such as eating, bathing and getting dressed.


Challenges in planning 0r solving problems

some people have their ability to develope and follow a plan or work with numbers. But they may have trouble following a familiar recipe or keeping track of monthly bills. They may have diffculty concentrating anf take much longer to do things than did before.


Changes in mood and personality

The mood and personalities of people with Alzheimer's can change. they can become confused, suspicious, depressed, fearful or anxious. Surely, they may be easily upset. Some individuals are less expressive and are more withdrawn. However, it is now becoming clear that a person even in the later stages of the disease may continue to feel a range of emotions including joy, anger, fear, love, and sadness.


Problems with words in speaking or writing

They have trouble to following or joining a conversation. They may stop in the middle of a conversation and have no idea how to continue or may repeat themselves. Then, they are struggle with vocabulary too. The effects is they cannot to communicated with others people.

There are methods of treatment resulting from the way we live our own particular way of eating. In nutrition we can avoid the disease. For example by eating a lot of raisins. This study because of the raisins can help sharpen minds of men.This is because, raisins contain sugar which rich with fraktosat glucose. It is because, the human brain require a simple sugar in large quantities to work properly. Second, we must keep our diet, avoid eating food from animal internal. For example, liver, lung and others. Next, we need to encourage ourselves to involve ourselves in activities that can stimulate both our brain as exercising. It also, we need to avoid taking alcoholic beverages proceedings. This case because it can damage the brain.
