Factor of Alzheimer

Several risk factors for alzheimer's disease have been uncovered:

1)Age

2)Family history
3)Lifestyle factors

AGE:

One risk for developing Alzheimer's disease is a advancing age. Over the age 65 years old, is the one out of eight people who has risk for alzheimer's disease. Almost one out of two people over the age 85 has Alzheimer's. The probability of being diagnosed with Alzheimer's nearly doubles every five years after age 65.

FAMILY HISTORY (GENETICS):

There are two to three times more likely to develop this disease if they have a parent or sibling are determined than those with no family history of Alzheimer's. If more than one close relatice has been affected, the risk increases even more. There are two kinds of genetics that scientist have identified. the first is 'risk gene'. this genes increase the likehood of developing Alzheimer's, but does not guarantee it. Secondly is a 'deterministic gene'. Deterninistic genes are only found in a few hundred extended families around the world. If it are inherited, the person will undoubledly develop Alzheimer's probably at a much aerlier age.

LIFESTYLE:

Scientists have also identified several lifestyles that can influence a person's risk of developing Alzheimer's disease. Activities like brucewilling and boxing are dangerous because can make a head injury. A connection has been found between serious head injury and future development of Alzheimer's. so, we must practise safely measures such as wearing seat belts and not engaging in high risk activities.
